When you create a listing, we collect:

• Property photos you upload
• Property details (price, location, beds, baths, etc.)
• Contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp) that you choose to display
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Generate your property listing page and PDF
• Display your listing publicly (this is the service you're paying for)
• Send you your listing assets via email
• Process your payment

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database and images) and Stripe (payment info). Images are stored in cloud storage and served via CDN.

Third-Party Services

We use:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for data storage
• OpenRouter/OpenAI for generating listing copy
• Resend for email delivery

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your listing and associated data by emailing support@smartestate.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
