1. Service Description

SmartEstate ("we", "our", "us") provides a property listing generation service at fast.smartestate.ai. For a one-time fee, we create a property listing page, PDF document, and marketing copy based on information and images you provide.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The $9 fee is a one-time payment for one listing. We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase if we fail to deliver the promised assets. Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with AI-generated copy quality, though you may purchase a revision pass for adjustments.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all images and information you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to display this content on your listing page. You represent that you have the right to use all uploaded content and that your property listing is accurate.

4. Listing Availability

Your listing page will remain available for as long as we operate the service. We do not guarantee perpetual availability but will provide reasonable notice before any service discontinuation.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide this service "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the outcome of your property sale, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or any damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
